Ryan Nill’s expertise is in developing Residential Cooperatives and assists clients in understanding and starting cooperatives, maintaining and managing their books and financial systems, and advising on land use and zoning issues.
After leaving the housing co-operatives near the University of Texas, he was the founding Treasurer of the La Reunion Cooperative Apartments, Austin’s first non-student apartment cooperative. Working with other business savvy Co-op experts, they started Key Figures, a worker co-op that provides bookkeeping, financial management, and tax prep services. He was also the Program Manager of the ROC USA Manufactured Housing Cooperatives program in Texas.
